This page explains how to delete your Endurance Prep account and the app data associated with it.

Delete your account inside the app

Open Endurance Prep.
Go to Profile.
Open the Account section.
Tap Delete.
Confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, email team.willowworks+apps@gmail.com with the subject Delete Endurance Prep account from the same email address used in the app, or clearly identify the account you want deleted.

What is deleted

Your Endurance Prep account
Your saved profile, plan, and preferences
Your training history and session logs
Your community posts and suggestions created in the app

What may be retained temporarily

Limited technical records, backups, or security logs may be retained for a short period when required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or system recovery.
